I am not happy with the results, can I get my money back?
To proceed with the money refund and in accordance with the terms presented on our website, we will only make the refund if you:
- Have used the product for at least 6 months
- Return the product in its box within the 14 days after the 6 months
What do I have to do if I wish to return the product and get the money back?
You have to contact us by email and if you meet the conditions for the money back guarantee, we will send you a Refund Form you have to fill out and send back to us with the product.

I do not have a credit card, is there another way I can pay?
Yes you can pay by making a money transfer to our account or with Western Union. Contact our customer care service for further details.
